My interest in the stars was passed down from my dear mother.
She was fascinated with astrology and all things regarding the universe, so much so, she even made my baby shower and nursey celestial themed. Growing up hearing the revelations my mom discovered from the chart reading cassette tapes she received throughout her life from her astrologer, I was aware from a very young age the value astrology held as a powerful tool to help us indicate who we are and where we may be going. Looking back now and noticing how astrology and celestial bodies have always been apart of my life, even prior to my own birth, feels very full circle to now be starting my own astrology business.

While I always had an innate love for the sun, moon, and the stars, my astrological knowledge beyond my mother’s stories were slim to none in my adolescent years, other than the most basic characteristics of the signs of my immediate family members.
As an overly emotional and sensitive child, I really resonated with my Cancer sun sign. And with a Leo brother who couldn’t look away from a mirror if his life depended on it, a Gemini mother who was both the sweetest and scariest woman I have ever met, and an Aquarius father who is truly one of a kind; I knew this whole astrology thing had to be onto something no matter how many people called it silly or made-up.

It wasn’t until college that my interest in astrology deepened and I dived into the complexities of the subject. Since I was young, I always felt different. In hindsight, I think my deep dive into astrology was my 20-year-old self’s desperate attempt to find some peace of mind and acceptance for who I was entirely as I struggled to make sense of why I acted and felt the way I did.

The vast world of astrology sucked me in like a black hole. The more I studied, the more pulled in I was. This was not just a few character traits based on the month you were born, but more so a cosmic map of our entire lives here on earth. I was astonished by the intricacies and the million moving parts that seemed to play a vital role in illuminating different aspects of our life journey. Each key unlocking a new facet to analyze, all accurate beyond belief.

It was clear to me that God graciously gave us an imprinted guide within his creation, so that if we looked deep enough, we would find the insights that help us flow with the waves of life instead of blindly and tumultuously crashing into them.
